[LOCKED] Document annotations won’t save

I used the adobe app yesterday without any problems however it seems that after the recent update my annotations won’t save. I get an error system error message or when i try to open the same document after closing it all of my annotations are gone.

Hi Gutimomo,

As you have mentioned about the system error. So could you confirm or share the exact error message that you have received?

If possible, please share the screenshot of the message that appears.

In a mean while try the following troubleshooting steps-

  • Reboot your computer first.
  • Which update you are referring to? Can you share the exact version installed on your computer?
  • Check whether you have any application's update pending? Launch Acrobat Reader>Help>Check for update or you can install the update through- Release Notes | Adobe Acrobat, Reader

Check the same with any other file also.
