Hello - I signed out of the App and when I tried to sign back in, it sent a verification code. I used this and then entered my correct password and it took me back to the login screen, asking for username. Then it sent anither code. I'm stuck in that loop 😐

I have an android Samsung s20 & thru having issues accessing my newly purchased premium feature, the rep via chat advised me to Uninstall and reinstall the app and I cannot get myself logged in again, even after changing password (as requested from the app) and multiple tries

Please help me out
