Logging in

Hello - I signed out of the App and when I tried to sign back in,  it sent a verification code. I used this and then entered my correct password and it took me back to the login screen, asking for username.  Then it sent anither  code. I'm stuck in that loop 😐

We are sorry, you're having difficulties. Please help me with few details to understand your issue better.

  1. Make and model of your device?
  2. Application version?

We did try to replicate the behavior on our end, however, it is working fine. Make sure your application is updated. Do save your work then try to sign out and sign in back. Reboot your device.

Note: Ensure you are connected to the internet.

Hi Ria, I am experiencing the same issue as ploz, I have an android Samsung s20 & thru having issues accessing my newly purchased premium feature, the rep via chat advised me to Uninstall and reinstall the app and I cannot get myself logged in again, even after changing password (as requested from the app) and multiple tries 

 

Please help me out

Sorry for the delayed response. If you are still facing the issue, could you please confirm if you can sign in on a browser from https://acrobat.adobe.com

Also, when you try to sign in to the app is there any error message?
