Every time I open the app, I am asked to enter the login credentials; is it possible to save them for shouldn't enter every time?

Hope you are doing well.

A similar issue was reported by a few other users too and it is now fixed in the recent update. Could you update the app and check if the issue still persists.

Kindly confirm that do you have Adobe Scan app too and are you having the same with that too? If not, please try the steps below:

  1. Tap Profile icon.
  2. Tap Subscriptions.
  3. Tap Restore purchases.

After a dialogue appears stating your purchase is restored, relaunch the app and try using your paid services.

1. Android version?

2. Acrobat Reader version?
