Lost ability to save pdf file to icloud

Since 5/1/2023 every time I try to save a pdf to iCloud I receive a message that I cannot save to iCloud and a duplicate file is saved with (recovered) at the end of the name.  What is that?  Im on an ipad on acrobat version 23.04.01

Have you tried uploading a file outside of Acrobat? The reason could be a lack of storage on your iCloud Drive.

 

If this is not the case, please share a screen recording of the workflow you follow for further investigation.

Every file I download to adobe I try to immediately save it to the cloud and I get the message in a red block "unable to save to iCloud".

Hope you are doing well. Thanks for writing in!

 

It would be interesting to understand from where you are downloading the file. Also, are you saving the file through Acrobat or through the web browser.

This will help us figure out if the issue is with Acrobat itself or something related to your iCloud Storage.

 

At the same time, you might want to check whether your AooStore has enough internal storage available, which could be the primary reason behind the error message.
