Lost all PDF files from iPad Pro

Hi there.

I have the free version of Acrobat on my iPad Pro and I have recently lost all PDF's that were saved apart from two that were recovered at an earlier date. I have not updated the app or uninstalled it, they just seem to have disappeared. I can't seem to get anything from iCloud so I am now worried I have lost everything. 

Any help would be much appreciated! Thank you

    I'm having the exact same issue, twice in two weeks. Last week I lost all I had, now today all documents from last week. What is the issue?
