Lost my Highlights - Document Cloud

I was using Adobe Reader on my Android phone to highlight several passages of a book in PDF format. The book is in the Document Cloud and I was able to access it and continue to where I was on the computer last night. This morning I opened the file, highlighted some more and closed the app.

Now, end of the evening, I opened the file and ALL my highlights and underlines are GONE.

I have done nothing to app nor the cloud. The file is there, I am opening the same file (I've tried both on Android, computer, etc). All my work of the past two days are gone. 

Can anyone help me please?

    Hope you are doing well.

    As per the issue that the highlights are not visible in the application. Would you mind sharing few details to understand the issue better?

    1. Make and model of your device?

    2. Application version?

    3. Is it with a particular file or with all the files?

    4. If possible, Could you attach the file?

     

    Kindly check if the application is updated to the latest version.

    Hello! They're not visible in the app and also not on the computer. I can't find them anywhere. 

     

    1. Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 Pro

    2. Version 21.9.0.19548 - According to my Play Store, there's no pending updates. 

    3. I only had this file with highlights. 

    4. The file is in attach. The highlights should be between page 25 and 27.
