Lost my pdf files

I need to transfer my data for the Acrobat application from the document cloud of my business profile "it is no longer active or accessible" back to my personal profile cloud.

Hope you are doing well. Per the description, I understand that you want to move your data from your business account to your personal account.

To do so, you will need to have access to your business account, even if on a temporary basis in order to download the data from there. Once downloaded, you can upload it to your personal account and go further with working as you were.
