If you are talking about a password for a password-protected PDF file, assuming you received the PDF file from someone else, they need to provide you with the password. If you produced the PDF file and forgot the password, then unless you suddenly remember it, you are pretty much out of luck. Adobe doesn't have copies of your password nor does Adobe have any “back doors” to allow it to open your PDF file for you. Sorry!
