Lost pdf

I lost my passport form 3 TIMES!!!

When I tried to download and print it. !! The site said to have Adobe Acrobat installed , which I did . But forgot the password  ! Then ads for upgrade started popping up !!, I had to keep going back and closing the ads And lost my form!! Why ? Now start over again!4 times!

Hello Rod,

 

I understand that you are facing issues with printing your Passport form using Adobe Acrobat Reader.

However, when it comes to the Ads part, there should not be any for upgrade. Can you please share the screenshot of the ads that are popping up when you are trying to use the application?

 

Also, I would suggest you to:

  1. Download and save the file from the website
  2. Then go to the saved location
  3. Open the pdf file from there using Acrobat Reader and then try to print the file.
