Downloaded APDF from a Facebook group and cannot find it on my phone

 

Tried to search it and there's a message that I have to update my operating system to receive that service but my operating system is updated

I hope you are doing well. Per the description, I understand that you cannot locate a file you downloaded from Facebook.

 

Are you trying to locate the file from Acrobat Reader Mobile or using your Files App? If you are using your Files application, try finding the file directly from Acrobat Reader Mobile and check if it helps.
