Manage Subscription doesn’t show in iOS

Question

Hello, When I click on "manage subscription" it opens iOS but the app is nowhere from the list. Any ideas why is this happening? Thanks

You can follow the steps in the self-serve article to cancel the subscription.

Hi @P.N.,

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Acrobat Reader Mobile subscriptions.

I checked the subscription settings and saw an active subscription for Acrobat Pro DC. Since your subscription is a complete package for both PC and mobile, you will not be able to see them on the 'Manage Subscription' page on your device, which is meant to show you subscriptions purchased through your Apple Account.
