Hello,

When I click on "manage subscription" it opens iOS but the app is nowhere from the list. Any ideas why is this happening? Thanks

@P.N.,

You can follow the steps in the self-serve article to cancel the subscription.

As I am not from the team that handles subscription and cancellation, it would be better if you go ahead and do-it-yourself: How to cancel Adobe trial or subscription

Hope this helps.

Hi @P.N.,

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Acrobat Reader Mobile subscriptions.

I checked the subscription settings and saw an active subscription for Acrobat Pro DC. Since your subscription is a complete package for both PC and mobile, you will not be able to see them on the 'Manage Subscription' page on your device, which is meant to show you subscriptions purchased through your Apple Account.

Hope this helps.

Hello,

Thank you for the response. Please I want to cancel the subscription. I do not use the app regularly also I thought the payment I did initially was a yearly based instead I noticed I was paying $16.04 monthly and now it increased to $21.39. The subscription has been increased very often. I do not use this app often. Thanks
