Hai,

I am facing an issue with adobe acrobat reader as managed app in IOS. users are not able to open the pdf attachments in the app and hence not able to do fill or sign. Added the app in to the managed app list on both Android and IOS. its working fine on Android, but not on IOS.

Kindly requesting your asupport and advice on the same.

Regards,

Abdul Majeed

Coud find solution for this: tap on the three dots and select save to device->select acrobat app from the list-> then sign in with company email address to verify the user. its for first time only. then always select acrobat app to open and sign the doc.

@amnckd sounds like a permission setting on the Apple iPhones! https://www.asurion.com/connect/tech-tips/manage-app-permissions-iphone-tt/

Hai,

Thanks for the response...

I checked permission and could not find anything wrong.

When trying to open pdfs from Outlook, getting "Something went wrong. Your file or folder could not be copied because an unexpected error occured. Please try again later."

Application policy on intune has been updated to allow Adobe reader.
