Me realizaron un cargo en mi tarjeta y el banco dice que lo solicite adobe y viceversa, ayuda!!!

Es dinero que tenia destinado para pagos de la renta

Gracias por contestar, ese es el detalle que no tengo plan de suscripcion y mi banco me dice que no procede la devolucion y quiero saber de quien es la cuenta que pague, si algun compañero me realizo ese cargo y poder hablar con el para solucionar el problema. Anexo la respuesta demi banco.
