Memory issue

I have more than 10GB storage available in my device despite that Adobe reader flashes message of not enough memory to download the file.

Would you mind sharing a few pieces of information for further investigation:

1. The app version of Acrobat Reader Mobile (go to Profile-> About Acrobat);

2. A screen recording of the workflow you follow which also shows the error message for us to have a better understanding.
