Menu and signature options disappeared

Hello,

I am using an iPhone 11; recently hosted to latest iOS.

I subscribe and pay for the Premium service.

2 issues:

1. My menu bar and options have disappeared.

2. Signature option has also disappeared! I only have an option to edit the text. Before, I had alrww Wendy saved my signature

I need to sign a PDF document urgently.

Any help is much appreciated
