Wie kann ich in der PC Version das Menü von Englisch auf Deutsch umstellen?

Unter Preferencen geht das, jedoch nicht auf Deutsch.

You can make the changes to the language from your device's Control Panel by modifying the installation settings.

Ich habe bei der Sprachauswahl keine Auswahl. Nur Englisch.

Ich habe nun alle Anwendungen von Adobe gelöscht. Die Installation der Apps dauert Tage, dann sind die vollständig in Englisch. Und ja, ich weiß,  wie man die Sprache einstellt, es gibt aber nur Englisch. Die Webversion des Creative Cloud Desktop funktioniert nur online und in Deutsch, nur nützt mir das nix. Diese Probleme gab es mit den kostenlosen Tools von Adobe nie. Jetzt muss ich das sündhaft teure Abo zahlen und habe rein gar nichts dafür. Kann nur jedem raten, Finger weg!
