Message acrobat reader not installed

i want to receive a pdf document from an airline website. I installed acribat reader but when i go back to the website, it still tells me that i have not installed acrobat reader. What do i need to do for the website to see that i have instalLed it ?

I'm going to give a wild guess as you haven't given us the exact message or web site. So... You need to use Mac or Windows, not iOS or Android. Then, you need to download the file you see, and open it in Reader.
