Hope you are doing well. 


We are sorry, you're having difficulties. Please help me with few details to understand your issue better. 

  1.  Make and model of your device? 
  2. Application version? 
  3. State the error message if any.
  4. Format of the document?
  5. Source of a document?
  6. It happening with all the documents or just a single document?
  7. Please provide us a screenshot for the same.
       

We did try to replicate the behavior on our end, however, it is working fine. Make sure your application is updated. Do save your work then try to sign out and sign in back. Reboot your device. 

 

For iOS Adobe Reader Mobile version: 21.03.00 

For Android Adobe Reader Mobile version: 21.3.0.17414
