I requested my husband's military records.I received them in my email.I downloaded them.When I try to open them it shows can't open.What do I have to do to open them?

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Acrobat Reader Mobile.

 

From the description, it looks like an issue with the architecture of the files, which is preventing Acrobat Reader Mobile from opening the files.

 

Would you mind sharing a few pieces of information for further investigation:

1. The application version of Acrobat Reader Mobile you're using;

2. The OS [Android/iOS] you are using and its version;

3. A screen recording of the error you see when trying to open the file;

4. A sample file to investigate further [preferably through a private message. To do so, click on my profile name-> click the blue button saying "Send a message" on the next page]
