Missing Documents After Reinstalling Adobe App

I recently deleted the Adobe app from my iPad to free up storage space and reinstalled it a few hours later. However, after signing back in, I noticed that several of my files were not restored. Additionally, some documents that were previously stored locally on my iPad also appear to be missing. Could you please advise me on how to recover these missing files?

Correct answer Amal.

Hi there

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.

We are sorry to hear that some documents that were previously stored locally on the iPad went missing after you deleted the Adobe app from the iPad to free up storage space and reinstalled it a few hours later.

If you have created a backup of these files on Adobe Document Cloud or any cloud storage, please try to access the documents from the cloud storage. For Adobe, go to https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/documents/files/ and check for your files under 'Your Documents' section and see if that works.

If you haven't stored the files on cloud storage, there isn't much you can do to recover the lost files.

Hope this information will help.
