Missing text

I just paid for a subscription so I could edit some resumes. I edited them the way I needed them to be,  or as closely a I could given the limited features of the program,  saved them as they appeared and when I went to send them off to where they needed to be,  everything I edited was a blank space!! Hours of work gone due to using your program!! I attempted to recover the original files just to find they were gone even though I saved copies of the files to my phone. Now I have resumes for myself, my husband and a family friend with huge blank spaces where information used to be. Now I have to remake all of the resumes and waste time and $10, just to get my resumes off. To say that I am extremely dissatisfied would be an understatement.... Canceling subscription. Worst $10 spent and biggest waste of time ever!!
