I checked your Adobe account linked to the ID you're using here and saw that your Acrobat Premium subscription was purchased through Apple/iTunes. Since it was bought through them, we don’t have the ability to cancel it on our end.
Please contact Apple Support directly to manage or cancel the subscription.
