Mobile reader internal links and bookmarks on pc

i am using the mobile reader app to read pathfinder books which have a lot of links that link to pages in the same document if i click on them or tap they dont do anything am i doing anything wrong if yes what if no why dosnt it work and why can i make bookmarks on mobile for free but not on computer adobe Please

i am using it on adroid and i know how boolmarks work but do you know those lines of text where you cluck on them and then your on the site of the document it linked to it dosnt work on mobile
