I pay 71 ,99€ to renew adobe Acrobat Premium on iOS for 12th month.one month ago. But have no access anymore. I want access or my money back. Who should I call?

    Hope you are doing well. Sorry for the trouble with Acrobat Reader Mobile.

     

    I checked your account with the registered email address here in the community and found an active subscription to Acrobat Reader Mobile.

     

    Would you mind sharing the screenshot of the error you see when using the subscription? Also, a screenshot of the profile page would help show the ID you use to log in.

     

    While you do so, I suggest you try logging in to the web portal and check if you can use the features there, too: https://acrobat.adobe.com/.
