Moving folders from acrobat into Adobe cloud storage

I've been working for years in adobe acrobat on my iPad. All this time thinking my files and folders where being saved to adobe cloud storage (have premium subscription). After having my iPad stolen I realized my files and folders where not being saved to the cloud.

How do  move folders to adobe cloud?
