Moving Subscription to new email

Hello. I have lost access my email account.


Can you move yearly subscription and my premium benefits to my new email account. Pls contact me on direct message (DM) Thank you.

Hope you are doing well. Per the description, I understand that you want to change your email address for your subscription.

 

You may try changing your account's email address by logging in to https://account.adobe.com/profile/

(This would work only if you have your cell number registered with the account)

 

The other option would be to contact our accounts team via chat or phone: https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html/

 

OR you can tweet to us @ AdobeCare.

Hello. I can't access ex-profile account. I have written adobe support. They have responded to access adobe account to change new email address.

 

Adobe support didn't help to recover my account access.
