Hope you are doing well. Per the description, I understand that you want to change your email address for your subscription.
You may try changing your account's email address by logging in to https://account.adobe.com/profile/
(This would work only if you have your cell number registered with the account)
The other option would be to contact our accounts team via chat or phone: https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html/
