My account doesn’t let use Premium services

Hi:) 

 

I'm paying for my Premium account through my Apple account - which my Gmail is connected to - but if I look on to the Adobe Acrobat app with the Gmail it won't let me use the services? 

It says I only have a Free account, but if I try to buy it also says I'm already Premium - and that is because it is connected to the Apple - so I'm kind of stuck here?
