    Hi @ProductionMDOT ,

Hope you are doing well, and thanks for reaching out. We are sorry for the trouble you are experiencing.

To help narrow this down, a few quick questions:

    • Are you on iPhone/iPad or Android?

    • When you say it's "not working", does the app crash and close, freeze on a spinner, or just show a blank screen when you try to open a file?

    • Does it happen with every PDF, or just certain ones?

    • Roughly how long does it take to go from working to broken again after a fresh install, minutes, hours, or a day?

A few things worth trying while you get those details:

    1. Check your device is fully updated: Both the OS and the Acrobat app, since a mismatch between an older OS and a newer app build can cause exactly this kind of "works, then stops" pattern.

    2. Restart the device completely (not just close the app) after reinstalling, rather than jumping straight into opening files.

    3. Check available storage: if the device is nearly full, apps like Acrobat can start failing to open files partway through a session.

    4. Try opening a file directly from your device's Files/file manager app and share it into Acrobat, instead of browsing for it inside Acrobat itself, this helps tell us if it's a permissions issue versus something inside the app.

Since you've already reinstalled a few times with no luck, let us know the answers above, and we can help pin down further.

My Adobe keeps crashing (turns off) on my IPad when opening certain files.

the file(s) are on local iPad, not cloud

i reinstalled Adobe several times ( it works well for one day, then back to crashing)

    IOS is updated

    Adobe is updated

I tried all the points mentioned already with no success.

Attached is screen video of successful one file opening while failed three attempts later (crashing)

    please help
