    Hi there,

Hi there, hope you are doing well and thank you for reaching out, I really appreciate you explaining the situation so clearly. I understand how confusing and frustrating it must feel when one Adobe app shows you as a premium user, while others are still asking you to subscribe.

As you’ve described, your premium access is coming through an Airtel offer for Adobe Express. These types of promotions are usually app-specific, which means the premium benefits apply only to Adobe Express and do not automatically extend to other apps like Adobe Scan or Adobe Acrobat Reader.

This is not something we can change from our side, as each subscription or offer is tied to specific services and entitlements. Even though you are a valued premium user on Adobe Express, the other apps will still require their own separate subscription to unlock premium features.

    Hope this information will help.
