My documents on Adobe cloud storage that I can access on my iPhone do not show up on my apple tabler

    Correct answer Amal.

    Hi there,

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out. If your documents are visible on your iPhone but not appearing on your iPad, a few things could be causing this. Please share share a bit more detail (for example which Adobe app you're using and whether the files are saved in Adobe Cloud or locally on the iPhone).

Also, we need some more information to better understand the issue:

    • Are you signed in with the same Adobe account on both devices in the Adobe Acrobat Reader or Adobe Scan app?
    • Do the files appear under the “Files” or “Adobe Cloud Storage / Document Cloud” section on your iPhone?
    • On your iPad, do you see any cloud files at all, or is the list completely empty?
    • Are both devices connected to the internet when you check?

Please try the steps below and see if that works:

    • Confirm account login: Go to Profile / Settings in the app on both devices and verify that the same Adobe ID is being used.
    • Sign out and sign back in: Signing out of the app on the iPad and signing back in it sometimes refresh the cloud connection and sync your documents again.
    • Update the app: Make sure the app is updated to the latest version available on the App Store on your iPad and reboot the device once.

Let us know how it goes.
