My adobe future for request signature doesn’t work even last conversation with your support agent told me it should, please support

I hope you are doing well, and thanks for reaching out. I’m sorry the Request Signature feature isn’t working for you, especially after you already spoke with our support team and were told it should be available.

• Is this an issue with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs? Please try with a different PDF file and check. 

• What happens when you try to request a signature? Do you get any error message? If yes, please share a screenshot of the error message.

I have checked your Adobe account linked to the Adobe ID you are using on this community and found that you have a personal and a business profile created under the same email. Please make sure you are signed into the correct profile. Please check the help page https://adobe.ly/4iobVVG and see if that works.

If it still doesn’t work, please share a small video recording of the steps you are taking and the issue as it occurs for more clarity and understanding.
