My Adobe subscription is thru Samsung Galaxy store. This year I switched to Apple iPhone. How can I keep my current subscription and renew it thru my Apple account? Thanks!

For the past several years I subscribed to Adobe Premium and Adobe iCloud thru the Samsung Galaxy store. This past year I moved over to Apple iPhone and iPad. My current subscription is expiring at the end of the week but I don’t want to lose my files, just renew either directly thru Adobe or thru my Apple account. How can I do this? Thanks!

Your documents are tied to your Adobe ID (cloud storage), not to Samsung or Apple.Since your current subscription was purchased via the Samsung Galaxy Store:You’ll need to cancel it as described here (https://adobe.ly/4d3WJMq)Re-subscribe on your iPhone/iPad using the same Adobe ID via App Store.Note: Subscriptions can’t be transferred across stores (Samsung → Apple), so a new purchase is required.Your files will NOT be lost as long as you log in with the same Adobe ID.~Amal
