My AI tools are not working.

Everytime I open up a document to try to get the 'generative summary' or any of the other AI "Ask AI Assistant' tools it says that 'something went wrong' and I can't get it to work. Help! I've uninstalled, and re-installed it and nothing works.

is this system down again? I ask because it’s taking forever for anything to load in the “generative summary” or using the AI Assistant
