What happens when you try to use the app? Do you get an error message? If yes, please share a screenshot for more clarity.

 

Also, share the version of the OS and the Acrobat App you are using. Tap on Profile> About Acrobat and check for any pending/missing updates from the App Store (iOS) or Play Store (Android). Reboot the device once and check if that works https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/mobile-app-faq.html
