My app subscription is active and has been, renews again on 5/26/26. My app is not recognizing it and keeps trying to make me subscribe. I cannot use the features. I have tried logging out/in again and deleting and reinstalling app.

I cannot use the premium features I pay for.

    We checked and verified your Adobe ID (email), which you have used to log in to the community, and see that you have an active subscription to Acrobat Premium.
