My Apple ID and email won’t let me into my paid subscription

Hi, 

I was hoping that as I am paying for this service that there would be someone I could chat to to help solve this problem but would really appreciate a quick reply as I use acrobat for my work.

 

last week I tried to use acrobat and I found I was log out of the app on my iPad, it had me as a free user. I logged out and the logged back in with my Apple ID and it said my email adress was now linked and it work for 2 days.

 

i am now back to being on a free account and can't log in any way to my paid subscription. I have tried my Apple ID and my email, but I can't ever remember setting up any email with adobe. Please help I am not techie and just want to do my work.
