My company phone will not allow me to use Adobe to edit my résumé

Adobe makes several applications that run on phones, such as Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere, Firefly, Acrobat Reader, and Adobe Express. Which Adobe application are you using?

We need some more information for a better understanding:

• What is the version of the Acrobat App and the OS you are using?
• What happens when you try to edit the PDF file, do you get any error message? If yes, please share the screenshot of the same for more understanding.
• Is this an issue with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs? Please try with a different PDF file and see if that works. 

Also try updating the app to the latest version available on the App/Play Store and reboot the computer once and check if that helps.
