Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Acrobat Reader Mobile.

 

Do you experience this will all the files or with a specific file? Would you mind sharing a few more pieces of information for further investigation:

1. The app version of Acrobat Reader Mobile you use (go to Home-> Profile-> About Acrobat);

2. The OS [Android/iOS] of your device and its version;

3. The location where the file is stored. Is it on a cloud drive or internal storage?

4. Do you open the file from a different application or Reader Mobile?

5. A screen recording of the situation for better understanding.
