My document has turned to garbled mumble jumble. It is written over the top of itself for 3/4 of it.

I have sent a document to the probate court and looked like a total idiot in front of the court now. My document turned to fragmented is the only word I can come up with crap, and the part that is legible is completely mumble jumble. And the other 3/4 of the document it wrote over the top of itself so I can't even read it and I wrote it. Has anybody else had this problem Then it said the document can't be saved. How do I get support from Adobe or has anybody else had this problem or knows how to fix this? I look like a total idiot in front of the probate court now completely embarrassed.. Please help

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Acrobat Reader Mobile.

 

Would you mind sharing a few pieces of information with us for further investigation:

1. The application version of Acrobat Reader Mobile you have (Go to Profile-> About Acrobat)

2. The OS [Android/iOS] and the version your device is running;

3. The file over a private message (click on my profile name-> click the blue button that says "Send a message" on the next page)
