My editing tool is no more working for pdf’s

since I got out of the

7 days trial phase, and switch to the 1 year membership.

why is it no more working?

    Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out. We are sorry for the trouble. 


    What happens when you try use any of the premium tools like edit? Do you get any error message? If yes, please share the scrrenshot of the same for more clarity.


    I have cheked your Adobe account linked with the Adobe ID you are uisng on this community and found that you have purchased the Acrobat Premium plan via Apple using the masked apple ID. Please logout of the application and reboot the device once and re-login using the same Email that you have used while purchasing the subscription via Apple and see if that works. 

    You may also try to restore the purchase. Tap on the profile icon > Subscription > Restore Purchase and check.
