Why the heck are some of my files cloudy and unclickable, is this because they want money, wouldn't suprize me!!!

The screenshot you shared is from Apple's PDF viewer. Would you mind sharing the concern you have related to Acrobat Reader Mobile?

Doing so will help us analyze the situation better and assist you accordingly.

What do I click on so I can see my file first before sharing and also in
adobe I haven’t been able to share?
