My files got deleted

My Acrobat app on my Ipad pro was crashing since the morning and I had no idea what to do so I looked at the internet and it recommended to remove the app and re-install, now it should be fine since all my important files are stored on (On This Ipad) so I didn't think that by removing the app it will also remove all my files, this is more than 10 months of my work.

and I can't find my files on the recently deleted folder or anywhere.
and I don't have any backup for this Ipad.

and the files aren't on the adobe cloud storage cause it simply sucks whenever I edit the file it creates another conflict file and it keeps going and crashing.
is there anyway to recover my files ??

So, I just had this same problem!! But I factory reset my phone, and set it all up from my last backup 21hrs ago. ALL my files are there again now. So, as long as your iPhone/ipad is regularly backed up, do this, I'm so relieved, over 300 files were missing!!
