I can't find or use my fonts on Acrobat. I have downloaded all the fonts from Creative, but when I try to use them to edit a document in Acrobat, the fonts are not there. Any advice?  The problem is both on desktop an IPad

Hi @Sandra21812679wfgz,

We have rolled out an update for Acrobat Reader Mobile which now identifies fonts activated or purchased using the Creative Cloud Account and reflects on the Acrobat App.

Would you mind giving it a try and letting us know if it works?

Look forward to hearing from you.

Hi @Sandra21812679wfgz

Hope you are doing well.

We don't have that feature for mobile applications at present. Thank you for highlighting this to us. It's in a future enhancement pipeline. You will get an official announcement as well as a notification when this will roll out.

You can use the following link to share your feedback/raise a new feature request to the product team directly: https://www.adobe.com/products/wishform.html

For the Acrobat desktop application here is a helpful document for troubleshooting fonts activation issues: https://helpx.adobe.com/fonts/kb/troubleshoot-font-activation.html

Kindly follow the steps and let us know if that helps.

Thank you for your time and cooperation.

Thanks,

Harsh
