My friend sent me a link to an Adobe document, but my Adobe app, which I just downloaded yesterday will not open it

Would you mind sharing more details about the issue you are experiencing:

• What is the Adobe App and the OS you are using?
• What is the os of the mobile device you are using?
• Is this an issue with a particular file or with all the files that you try to open and what is the file type you are trying to open?
• What happens when you try to open the file? Do you get any error message? If yes, please share the screenshot of the same for more clarity. Also, a small video recording of the steps you are taking and the issue as it occurs would be very helpful
