My highlights was removed after move file to Document Cloud

I'm using Adobe Acrobat on my iPad and store my books locally (on 'On This iPad' tab). I made some highlights in the book and wanted to synchronize them with my macbook. To do this, I moved the file on iPad to tab 'Document Cloud' and all my highlights are gone! How do I get my highlights back?
