My older Ipad Air and No Longer can Access the Adobe Cloud

Inexplicably, my Ipad Air model A1474 is suddenly no longer able to access the Adobe Cloud. It is an older model and the last software version it would accept is 12.5.7 is that the reason? My 2021 Ipad Air connects to the cloud perfectly as do my desktop computers.

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Acrobat Reader Mobile.

 

To experience optimum application performance, it is advisable to use the latest version as it has multiple stability and bug fixes. 

 

However, you need at least iOS 15.0 and above to use the latest version (screenshot of AppStore attached)
