My pc and telefon don't have the same premium account

Hello I am premium on adobe acrobat on my Phone

Why can't I get the the same premium account, on my pc, to work.

It's just so strange.

Can you help me?

As Bernd rightly said, you can use your Acrobat Premium mobile subscription only on Android and iOS mobile devices, not desktop devices.

You can use this subscription in Acrobat Reader on iOS or Android only.
