My pdf are now saving as a web page. I pay for pdf pack. This has been an issue the last 2 months I belive. I can't save on my desktop as pdf.

What is the workflow/steps you are taking? Are you trying to download and save the PDF document to your computer, or is it any other document on your computer that you are trying to save as a PDF?
A small video recording of the steps you are taking and the issue as it occurs would be very helpful.

Here are a few things that can try:

• Try a different saving workflow: When opening a document from the web page, use File > Save As to choose a local folder on your Surface.

• Update the app: Ensure that Adobe Acrobat or Reader is fully updated, as older versions sometimes restrict local saving.Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.

• Sign in/out: Logging out of your Adobe account and signing back in can refresh your subscription status and restore full functionality.
