my pdf edits are not saving on ipad. WHY?

My pdf edits are not saving on Adobe for ipad. This has happened in the past and it is happening again. do you even understand how critically unacceptable this is??? I edit the pdf, take out specific info that cannot go to an individual. i save the pdf. i then email the individual and attach that specific document that i have SAVED WITH EFITS and they still get the original. How can Adobe POSSIBLY be used by professionals when this is an issue that arises over and over again? why can i very very easily do things in PDF expert, no problem. that Adobe, alleged king of PDFs can’t handle it at ALL? please fix this issue ONCE AND FOR ALL.
